Auction Terms and Conditions
Moca Asia does not assume any risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity, value or quality of any items. Estimates of retail values and descriptions of items have been made based on information provided by the consignor and are deemed reliable. Everything is sold "äs is" subject to conditions and restrictions stipulated by the consignor. All sales are final and no refunds, substitutions or exchanges will be made.
Unless otherwise stated, all works up for auction are subject to a reserve.
A buyer's premium will not be charged.
Moca Asia does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to whether the purchaser acquires any reproduction rights of the property.
Moca Asia reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest acknowledged bidder by the end of the auction shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, Moca Asia shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder, or re-offer and resell of the article in question.
The item must be paid for and removed from Moca Asia's gallery within two business days from the end of the auction at the successful bidder's expense. Moca Asia is not responsible for the acts or omissions of carriers or packers of purchased lots, whether or not recommended by it. Before removal from the premises, the item must be paid in full by cash or cheque.
If the foregoing conditions and other applicable conditions are not complied with, Moca Asia may cancel the sale.
